Most translation agencies in Dubai won’t quote a price until they’ve seen your document. There’s a reason for that — page count, language pair, document type and how fast you need it all move the number. But that’s no excuse for hiding the starting rate, so here is ours.

Complex legal contracts, court documents and specialised technical material are quoted by word count rather than per page, because page counts stop being meaningful once formatting and terminology work dominate the job.
What moves the price
- Document type. A birth certificate is a known quantity. A 40-page shareholders’ agreement is not.
- Language pair. Arabic and English are our highest-volume pairs and priced accordingly. Farsi starts higher.
- Urgency. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day and urgent delivery are available for court deadlines and visa appointments.
- Which authority receives it. Courts, MOFA, ICA and embassies each expect different formatting. That work is part of the job, not an extra.

Standard delivery is 24–48 hours for most legal documents. Typing and drafting has a 2-hour express option. If you are working to a court date or a visa appointment, say so when you send the document and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit.

Send the document and you will get a firm price, not a range. A photo of each page on WhatsApp is enough to quote from — no need to visit the office first.
